Our Villa
Newly built in December 2005 the accommodation is over two floors and sleeps up to 10, it also has a screened pool with views overlooking a lake and a games room.
Living and Dining area
In the living area (lounge) you will find two sofas one of which converts into a bed, television, DVD player and telephone.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer. Also you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer situated in the utility room.
The dining area comprises of a large table, of which seats 6 people. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 stools and further dining space outside for those al fresco evenings.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All bedrooms and bathrooms have plenty of bed linen, towels and storage space.
The spacious Master Bedroom, with its king size bed is located upstairs and has beautiful views overlooking Lake Joe. There is an ensuite bathroom which includes shower cubicle, bath and two sinks. It also has TV, alarm clock and a huge walk in wardrobe.
The second bedroom is situated on the ground floor and also has views overlooking Lake Joe. It has a queen size bed, TV and patio doors leading out to the pool area. The ground floor bathroom is adjacent to this room.
The other two bedrooms located on the first floor will each contain two twin beds and share the conveniently located third bathroom.
The Games Room
In the games room you will find a pool table, a dart board with electronic score board and a flat screen TV plus 2 bar stools and table.
The Pool Area
Within the pool area you will find sun loungers, table and chairs. The pool is screened to help keep out unwanted mosquitoes. As the villa backs onto the lake you will find it to be very private.
There is also a covered porch for when you need a break from the Florida sunshine or when you want to dine outside on those warm tropical evenings. Note: In the interest of child safety there is a guard to screen off the pool, which can be rolled back when required.
