Bookings. A booking between the owner(s) and the person(s) making the booking is only valid once a completed and signed booking form has been received. The booking form must show the names of all persons on who's behalf the booking is being made, and must be accompanied by a non refundable deposit of Ł200 per booking. The booking form must be signed and indicate that the terms & conditions have been read and agreed to.

On receipt of the completed booking form along with deposit your booking will be accepted on behalf of all persons named. An invoice for the final balance and the security deposit will be sent approximately 10 weeks prior to departure. If a booking is made within 10 weeks of departure, the full balance of villa rental and security deposit will be required at the time of booking.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, this must be confirmed in writing by the person whose name the booking was made. In event of cancellation or part cancellation the following charges apply:
56+ days prior to departure 50% of Deposit only
56 - 43 days " " 30% of total cost
42 - 29 days " " 50% of total cost
28 days or less " " 100% of total cost
We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance.

Liability. The owners, agents and representatives do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to person(s) or personal affects during their stay however caused. No diving is permited in the pool and guests are advised to supervise children at all times whilst in the pool and pool area.

Force Majure, The owners and their agents will not and cannot be held responsible for loss or delay however caused by events out of their control, eg: riots, floods, fire, strikes, weather, transport problems of any kind. This list is neither exclusive or exhaustive.

Complaints. Should you have any complaints during your stay please contact our management company immediately.

Arrival/Departure. Rental commences at 4:00pm on the day of arrival and ceases at 10:00am on the day of departure unless otherwise stated.

Security Deposit. A refundable security deposit of Ł200 is required payable with the final balance, this will be refunded within 30 days of your return, subject to confirmation from our management company that the villa and its contents are as they were before your visit. Any breakages and damages will be paid for from the security deposit.

Use of Villa. Only persons identified on the booking form are permited to stay at the villa. The person who makes the booking agrees with and agrees on behalf of all other guests that they have read these terms & conditions. They also agree that they nor any other guests will not sublet, share or assign the property to any other person(s). Any allterations or changes to the booking i.e. name changes or extra guests must be notified to the owner before travel. No Groups under 21 years of age.

If the final balance and security deposit are not paid at the requested time, the owner(s) reserve the right to cancel the booking by giving notice in writing. Upon cancellation the booking deposit will be forfeited. In the unlikely event that circumstances dictate that the owner(s) must cancel the booking the owner(s) will only be liable to refund monies paid to them already.
