At Lake View Villa on Southern Dunes you will enjoy a fantastic private location. The sun is on the garden all day and gets to the pool area about 10.30 in the morning and stays there until sunset. Enjoy the stunning view over Lake Joe. Image having your breakfast on the lanai (covered porch) watching a variety of birds over the lake - what a way to start the day.

With the family friendly living accommodation there's no need for the cook of the family to feel left out as downstairs is designed with 'sociability' in mind.

With three bathrooms for your use, there will be no need to 'wait your turn' at Lake View Villa.

To keep you entertained when not at the parks or shopping, you have the use of your own pool table, electronic dart board and ps2 as well as the onsite facilities of tennis courts, golf (there is a charge for this), putting green, driving range, gym, and  for the tots, a children's play area.  If you feel like a 'serious' swim there are a couple of large community swimming pools on site also.  

The extended garden/yard is for your exclusive use and will provide all the outdoor space that you and your family need to relax and have fun.  Many vacation properties in the Disney area are back to back and only have outdoor space for your use in the pool area.  If you are visiting Florida during Winter when the weather is a little cooler, having the garden to use is a fantastic benefit as the screens around the pool can reduce temperatures by up to 10 degrees.

On arriving in Florida you will be able to go straight to the villa (no need to fetch the key from an office first) as the key will be in a key box by the front door. You will be provided with the code a week before you travel.

We visit the villa every six months to ensure that it is kept in tiptop condition. We want you to have a great holiday experience and enjoy staying at our Southern Dunes Villa as much as we do.

Lake View Villa boasts a corner position and only has neighbours to one side which will give you an amount of privacy that is quite rare in a vacation home in Florida.

Your safety is paramount therefore the pool area has a security fence, the villa is fitted with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
