Living Dining and
Kitchen Area
In the living area
(lounge) you will find two sofas one of which converts into
a bed, television, DVD player and telephone.
The kitchen is well
equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable as
possible. There is a dishwasher, microwave and large
fridge freezer which includes an ice maker. Also you will find a washing machine
and tumble dryer situated in the utility room.
You
will also have the use of a smoothie maker, toaster and an
electric kettle.
The dining area
comprises of a large table, of which seats 6 people.
There is also a breakfast bar with 2 stools and further
dining space outside for those al fresco evenings.
The Pool Area
Within the pool area
you will find 2 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs. The pool
is screened to help keep out unwanted mosquitoes.
There is also a
covered porch for when you need a break from the Florida
sunshine or when you want to dine outside on those warm
tropical evenings. Note: in the interest of child
safety there is a pool fence to screen off the pool, which
can be rolled back when required.
Of course there is also
the View of the Natural Lake from the Pool Area - absolutely

The Bedrooms and
Bathrooms
All bedrooms
and bathrooms have plenty of bed linen, towels and storage
space with plenty of clothes hangers.
The spacious Master
Bedroom, with its king size bed is located upstairs and has
beautiful views overlooking Lake Joe. It also has TV, alarm clock and a huge walk in
wardrobe. There is an ensuite bathroom which includes a
shower cubicle, bath and two sinks.
The second bedroom
is situated on the ground floor and also has views
overlooking Lake Joe. It has a queen size bed, TV and
patio doors leading out to the pool area. The ground
floor bathroom is adjacent to this room.
The other two
bedrooms are located on the first floor and each contain two
twin beds and share the conveniently located third bathroom
The Games Room
In the games room
you will find a pool table, a dart board with electronic
score board and a flat screen TV plus bar stools and table.
